Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi questioned the India is shining slogan of BJP. He ridiculed the BJP and its slogan. Rahul Gandhi asked which part of India is shining? But people of India told them that India is not shining. Rahul Gandhi said that NDA government never bothered about common man and only Congress is concerned about the poor people.
