Congress president Sonia Gandhi addressed the 10th Indira Gandhi Conference. We are discussing about social democracy when the social democracy as such is under stress said Sonia Gandhi. Democracy was a dream which is now a reality, she added. Democracy opened up more opportunities for further development both in social and economic sector, Sonia Gandhi added.
