Congress President and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi during her visit to Raebareli, her parliament constituency, laid the foundation stone for the low cost residential homes in Banwaripur in Sultanpur. The Congress President also will inaugurate the rail coach factory in Raebareli. She is on a two day visit to her constituency.
