Congress President Sonia Gandhi on Friday after hoisting the party flag on the occasion of its 127th foundation day of the Congress party at the Congress headquarters told the reporters that no time should be lost in punishing those responsible for the gang-rape of the 23-year-old woman, now battling for life in a Singapore hospital. “Today is foundation day of the INC and this day being close to New Year, we wish each other, we are not celebrating as our thoughts are with the young woman who is fighting for her life after the barbarous attack. Our only wish today is that she recovers and comes back to us and no time is lost to bring perpetrator of such crime to justice," said Sonia Gandhi.
