Congress President and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi on Friday addressed a huge election rally at Kalol in poll bound Gujarat's Gandhinagar and held the Modi-led BJP government for the pathetic state of affairs in the state. She took on Narendra Modi's development plank and alleged that the Gujarat government misused Central funds to benefit some business people leaving the common man in the lurch.

Rahul Gandhi in Jhalod (Gujarat): The voice of the poor is suppressed in Gujarat Part 1st
Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi on Thursday addressed a well attended election rally in Jhalod in poll bound Gujarat and said that that Gujarat cannot be run by one person. "Gujarat is not run by one man, it is run by the people. Here the farmers, workers and poor put in sincere efforts and develop Gujarat but one individual takes the entire credit!" said the Congress leader.
