Rahul Gandhi speaks at the function to hand over ownership rights in Delhi resettlement colonies

Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday gave away the certificates conferring freehold rights to residents of 45 resettlement colonies in Delhi, which were developed almost 50 years ago. Around seven lakh families will be benefited by the government decision.
