The Union budget 2013 presented by Union Finance Minister P Chidambaram is a balanced one with adequate focus on youth affairs. The budget has specific proposals to address the issues of the poor and aam aadmi. This has been the priorities of Congress President and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi as well as Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi also.
