Congress believes that people in their daily lives have more important issues which need to be addressed rather than religion. Religion is a personal matter and should never be made a public issue. Political parties should strive to attend to issues which are common in the lives of ‘aam aadmi’. That is the right way of going forward. More over our country is a secular state. As such outlook of political parties should be secular i.e., non-religious so as to appeal to and serve all people irrespective of their individual belief. That is the reasson why Congress thinking reflects the aspirations of a very large section of the people of our country. On the contrary BJP looks at political issues from perspective of one particular group and consequently its proposed solutions have been time and again rejected by people through ballot. It is right time for BJP to change its ideology for the good of people as a whole.
