Rahul Gandhi on his priorities

There are two parts of India said Rahul Gandhi, Congress General Secretary. One part lives in towns and all and they are comparatively better. Other parts in the interior parts and villages are very poor. They are the parts of the forgotten India said Rahul Gandhi. My vision is to address this forgotten part said Rahul Gandhi.
