Rahul Gandhi promises to make UP a progressive state

Flaying BSP, SP and BJP for the present plight of Uttar Pradesh, AICC General Secretary Rahul Gandhi has promised to transform the state in the next ten years into a progressive one. Uttar Pradesh will be No. 1 state in the next ten years; people from outside will flock to UP for jobs, he said.
Referring to corruption, unemployment and lack of infra structure in the state Rahul Gandhi said this situation has arisen because of the wrong policies of BJP, SP and BSP. These parties ignored the development of the state and instead indulged in corruption for self and party gains. Highlighting that Congress (I) ruled states like Delhi, Haryana and Andhra Pradesh are developing fast, Rahul Gandhi urged the people that if given chance Congress (I) will put UP also on fast track of development.  What other parties failed to do in twenty two years, Congress (I) would do in ten years and people will start seeing the change after five years, Rahul Gandhi added.
