Slamming UP Chief Minister for not fulfilling the aspirations of the people of the state and keeping the youth unemployed, Congress (I) General Secretary Rahul Gandhi has called upon the youth of Uttar Pradesh to gear up to bring change in the state. During his recent public contact program in the districts of central UP, he said if the youth remains reluctant to take the lead, nothing will change adding that while the youth of UP by working in other states are bringing development in those states why they cannot do the same in their home state. If the Congress (I) will come to power in UP then both UP and Delhi will be ruled by the same party; they will work in tandem for uplift of people and ensure that funds granted under various schemes reach the intended beneficiaries instead of being pocketed by ministers and contractors, said Rahul Gandhi.
