Flaying Mayawati for adopting wrong policy for sale of liquor, Congress (I) has said she has created a monopoly in sale of liquor sale in the hand of her favorite person Ponty Chadda. This was done without following tender process or holding auction for sale of liquor, said Congress (I). Blue Water Harvesting Company now alone decides which brand will come in the market. On retail business Rs 10 per bottle are charged extra from consumers which is said to be Maya Ker. It is estimated that daily one lakh bottles of liquor are sold in the market. Thus one can image how much May ker is collected daily, said Congress (I). This explains why there is so much corruption in Mayawati government. In spite of Maya’s pretension to deal with it strongly it is increasing day by day instead of coming down, said Congress (I).
