Highlighting the bad state of affairs in Uttar Pradesh, Congress (I) General Secretary Rahul Gandhi has said senior offices of Mayawati government are accusing her of manipulations and corruption. District Udyan Adhikari (DUA), Sultanpur, Chandra Bhushan Pandey has written a letter to the Governor BL Joshi accusing UP Horticulture Minister of corruption. Pandey, a PCS officer has alleged that Rs 200 crore scam in purchases and supplies to farmers has taken place in his department in last few years and that a commission of 50% is charged to provide subsidy to farmers. He has also alleged that the minister is harassing him and others who raised voice against corruption. It is significant that this is not a single case where ministers in Mayawati government have been accused of harassment and corruption. But she is least bothered about corruption charges, said Rahul Gandhi.
