Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi talks about 'Chai pe Charcha' but fails to address the problems of the farmers working in tea gardens. Rahul Gandhi was addressing the members of Congress party who were protesting at Jantar Mantar for the rights of the tea gardeners.
