Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi said that Mayawati Government is not helping the poor people. Union Government has been making all efforts to make new policies and schemes for the poor people. But U.P. Government is not serious said Rahul Gandhi. There problems in U.P. related to electricity, health and education said Rahul Gandhi.
