Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi said that UPA government is the government of the poor. UPA has been bringing policies for the welfare of the common man. UPA made a lot of schemes for the poor. UPA fulfilled what they promised claimed Rahul Gandhi. The Union Government is doing all round efforts for the development of the country and Manmohan Singh is leading the country efficiently said Rahul Gandhi.
